Job Description :
Pay Range : $45hr - $50hr
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across CSM and ITSM modules.
- Configure and customize Case Management, Tasks, Life Cycle Events, and Activities.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
- Create and manage Service Catalogs, Order Guides, Record Producers, and advanced workflows.
- Implement and support modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, Request, and Asset Management.
- Build and maintain intuitive self-service portals and dashboards for CSM.
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Integrate and manage CMDB, Client, and Mid-Server configurations.
- Leverage Performance Analytics to monitor and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side applications using JSP, Servlets, and JDBC.
Required Skills And Qualifications :
5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Strong expertise in CSM and ITSM modules.Proficient in UI Builder.Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, UI customization, and application development.Experience with ServiceNow Client, CMDB, and Asset Management.Experience with App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Java-based backend development.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Certifications :
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
