Manager Notes :

  • Must be located at WHQ Beaverton on site Mon-Thurs. WFH on Friday
  • This is an urgent fill as they will be covering a leave for an FTE.
  • Must have strong Excel skills in formulas report building complex data configuration.
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail a must.
  • Team would like to do two rounds of interviewing. Given the turnaround please be sure the person is local.

SUMMARY

  • The nature of the work is focused on the monetary affairs of the company.
  • Participates in the timely accurate and efficient administration of the appropriate financial system to ensure accurate financial statements appropriate internal controls compliance with policies and delivery of value added information.
  • Completes system documentation including standardized work instructions and operating procedures are up to date and available for all users.
  • Ensures appropriate security access of end users to the applications supported consistent with policies.
  • Perform periodic validation of system security to ensure compliance to policy.
  • Ensures that there is appropriate training to business users of the systems supported and administrated.
  • Provides advanced training as lead expert / super users to power users.
  • Participates in the preparation of timely and insightful financial lead expert / super users to power users.
  • Participates in the preparation of timely and insightful financial reporting of pertinent information to allow analysis of progress against strategic plan budget and forecast and to ensure integrity of the financial statements.

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree or higher in a Business Finance or Accounting or combination of relevant education experience and training.
  • 3-5 years of proven financial planning and analysis
  • Must be advanced in financial modeling skills using Excel. Experience with financial systems (Anaplan Voyager) preferable but not required
  • Experience in a Fortune 500 consumer products management consulting or other multi-national firm is preferred
  • Knowledge of wholesale distribution channels and related financial planning / management activities is preferred
  • Self-starter that anticipates problems identifies opportunities and provides creative solutions through operational improvements around process and execution
  • Enthusiastic about working in a multifaceted business along with the passion and energy to drive results
  • Team player with a positive attitude open to learning other areas of the business and sharing team responsibilities
