Advanced Quality Manager

As an Advanced Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, processes, and procedures. You will oversee production processes, inspect products or services, and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and potential problems. Your responsibilities will ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards and relevant industry regulations. You will also lead initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS), processes, and procedures.
• Oversee production processes, inspect products or services, and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and potential problems.
• Ensure products and processes meet established quality standards and relevant industry regulations.
• Lead initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Supervise and guide quality control personnel, providing training and support to ensure they have the necessary skills.
• Prepare reports on quality performance, findings, and recommendations for management and other stakeholders.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $135,000.00 - $181,000.00 / yr. 401k 6% PTO for 2 weeks.

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in Whitsett, NC.
