Join our compassionate team at Frances Warde Towers as a Resident Care Assistant (RCA). Your role is vital in providing quality care, ensuring residents live in a safe and positive environment. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per healthcare provider orders, monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions, providing emotional and social support, and adhering to all community policies. Requirements include current Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by Connecticut, and obtaining Med Pass Certification within 30 days of hire; training provided. Shift details include per diem, covering all traditional shifts, including weekends.
