A company is looking for a Billing Escalation Specialist who will manage patient health information and ensure accuracy in billing processes. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain the security of medical records to ensure patient confidentiality Review patient records for accuracy and compliance with regulations Prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software Required Qualifications Knowledge of insurance guidelines including HMO / PPO, Medicare, and Medicaid Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 Coding Understanding of medical terminology related to claims Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Experience with eligibility and benefits verification for medical treatments
