The HVAC Technician / BAS Technician shall operate the BAS and cooling plant equipment in a manner to meet campus needs. The primary responsibility shall be to maintain heating, cooling, ventilation and temperature control systems within buildings. Minimum Qualifications
- Technical degree or three years experience in maintenance and operations of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
- Proficient computer skills Preferred Qualifications
- Three years operations and maintenance of large tonnage chillers, cooling towers and chilled water distributions systems, pneumatic systems, and Direct Digital Control operations.

Salary – $25.14 – $30.82 per hour
