We are a program management and construction oversight firm delivering housing recovery services under HUD’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Programs. Our team provides damage assessments, construction monitoring, and compliance oversight to ensure federally funded housing projects meet all HUD, EPA, and state requirements. We are expanding our scope of services to include lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments in conjunction with housing rehabilitation and reconstruction project implementation.
About the Role :
We are seeking a Certified Lead-Based Paint Inspector and a Certified Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor to perform inspections, testing, and reporting in compliance with HUD, EPA, and Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) requirements. The selected candidates will support housing recovery efforts by conducting field assessments, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with lead-safe housing rules.
Qualifications :
Lead-Based Paint Inspector certification (EPA or state-recognized).
