We’re hiring a Contracts Manager to lead contract review, negotiation, and management across the U.S. and Canada. This is a direct hire role with a global company expanding its North American operations.

What You’ll Do
- Review, redline, and negotiate customer contracts (MSAs, SaaS, service agreements).
- Align contract terms with company policies and risk guidelines.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and leadership across the U.S. and Canada.
- Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on complex terms or disputes.
- Manage documentation, compliance, and process improvements.
