A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst II to provide IT support to end users utilizing its systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot daily IT issues for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN tunnels
Oversee IT activities related to user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtimes
Document and communicate processes, including "how-to" guides and downtime procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
Proficient in technology with experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience with hardware, networks, and voice dictation systems like PowerScribe
Prior experience in Healthcare IT
Knowledge of radiology workflows and ability to provide effective on-call support
