Registered Nurse (RN) - FT Nights

Job Summary

Hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team and provide high-quality patient care in an acute inpatient setting. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit.

Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including discharge planning.

Provide patient and family education for post-hospital needs.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and access community resources.

May perform Charge Nurse duties (ACLS required for this function).

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the applicable state.

Current BLS certification.

ACLS preferred upon hire and required within 90 days (required on day 1 for Charge Nurse, High Obs, and ICU).

One year of inpatient medical-surgical experience preferred, not required.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Prior experience in emergency or critical care settings.

Comfortable working with vents, trachs, and PICC lines.

Two years of direct patient care experience.
