- Collaborate with business units to document requests, understand business value, and prioritize effectively
- Engage with department leaders, executives, and marketers to define product requirements, branding, and positioning
- Educate stakeholders on IT’s agile process, prioritization strategy, and the importance of backlog health
Product Strategy & Planning
Maintain a holistic view of the product and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer and employee experienceDescribe product vision and strategy in a clear and compelling mannerPartner with technical leaders to build scalable, innovative solutions aligned with business goalsAgile Delivery & Team Collaboration
Work with agile teams daily to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and manage dependenciesCreate detailed JIRA stories and epics based on business needs and technical feasibilityAssist in developing and managing product road maps and coordinating release planningLeadership & Influence
Lead planning sessions and portfolio discussions involving multiple cross-functional teamsBe a thought partner in creating technical capabilities that support a world-class digital and reporting platformHelp shape product culture and continuously drive process improvements within the organization
Experience & Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in IT or Retail industry2-5 years of experience in the retail domain2-3 years of experience leading teams or individuals0-4 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager1-2 years working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with JIRA or similar tools for managing product backlogsPreferred Tools & Technologies
JIRA, Confluence, or similar toolsFamiliarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)Experience with reporting tools and platforms is a plus
