POSITION OVERVIEW
504 Golf is seeking a passionate, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence in the heart of New Orleans. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited about blending sports, hospitality, and strategic brand experiences to position a leading local destination.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and revenue. We're looking for someone with a proven ability to lead a team, think outside the box, and bring innovative promotional ideas to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement full-scale marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor the in-house marketing, fostering collaboration, and giving feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Plan and execute creative promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events to align messaging and campaigns (including coordination with operations, F&B, and retail teams for seamless execution).
- Manage and prepare content creation across digital platforms, publications, and editorial design.
- Oversee online marketing efforts, including social media, email, and digital ads.
- Analyze market trends to identify customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain partnerships with media outlets, local influencers, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
- Track campaign performance, create reports, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Serve as the brand ambassador in both internal and external communications.
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Manage brand assets such as logos, color palettes, and messaging guidelines.
- Maintain and optimize company website, including content updates and user experience improvements.
- Monitor and respond to online customer feedback and interactions across platforms.
- Gather feedback from other departments to improve future campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of Marketing experience including managing direct reports.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM tools.Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and creative thinking.Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.Customer-oriented approach with aptitude.Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus.Working Conditions
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Role requires mobility around the venue and occasional off-site promotional work.
