Position Summary :
The Curriculum Design Manager will lead the strategy, creation, and continuous improvement of training content that equips clinical and sales teams with the knowledge they need to succeed. Oversee all learning content development, from instructional design to delivery, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment. Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platforms to deliver engaging, scalable learning experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training solutions align with business objectives and drive performance outcomes.

Responsibilities :
- Curriculum Strategy & Development : Design and deliver training curriculum for medical and sales divisions that meet business needs and drive learning outcomes. Develop structured learning paths that support employee onboarding, skill development, and continuous education.
- Instructional Design & Content Creation : Write, edit, and proof training materials, guides, workbooks, and communication resources with strong attention to grammar and brand voice. Create engaging learning experiences using multimedia tools, including slide decks, e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive learning tools
- Design & Production : Use Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to design training materials and other learning collateral to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned learning materials. Maintain high visual standards across all collateral.
- Learning Technology & LMS Management : Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is well-organized, accessible, and effective. Leverage screen recording tools and digital platforms to develop step-by-step resources within an Apply ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment : Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training is relevant, practical, and aligned with evolving business goals. Translate complex processes into clear, actionable training solutions.
- Project & Vendor Management : Manage content development timelines, prioritize workload effectively, and oversee multiple deliverables simultaneously. Lead vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-effective solutions.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement : Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust content to improve learner outcomes. Apply data and performance insights to evolve learning strategies.
- Other Duties : Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in communications, instructional design, education, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of seven years in curriculum development, corporate training, instructional design, or content management required. Experience in a sales or medical training environment is preferred.Minimum of three years of experience managing a team of at least two employees requiredSkilled in building scalable processes, managing multiple large-scale projects, and making sound decisions under pressure requiredProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and other design platforms requiredExperienced in LMS administration and e-learning content creation requiredStrong MacOS user and comfortable with Apple-based workflows preferredFamiliar with screen recording and video editing platforms requiredExceptional writing, editing, and business communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization requiredStrong vendor management and negotiation expertise with a track record of cost savings requiredBenefits Include :
