Position Summary :
We are searching for a motivated Regional Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM) who is looking to join our team. This position oversees all components of the Sales and Marketing programs for the communities assigned. This position will be responsible for helping to grow census in assigned region as well as help communities adhere to our core values, sales & marketing best practices, and company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead others and provide ongoing support to meet and grow the company’s occupancy goals. We want to add a strong RDSM who will promote Encore's missions and values while supporting our sales team. This position will require regular travel to assigned communities.
What you will do :
Guide and support sales and marketing efforts across multiple senior living communities
Coach, mentor, and develop onsite teams to hit and exceed occupancy goals
Partner with Administrators and Regional Operations to drive census and revenue growth
Analyze market trends, competition, and KPIs to inform smart strategies
Build strong referral networks and community partnerships
Elevate the customer experience from lead to move-in
Lead with confidence, compassion, and a curious mind
Travel to the following states :
Primarily Wisconsin & Illinois. Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota on special occasions
Work Experience Qualifications
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
Strong understanding of IL / AL / Memory Care
Comfort balancing in-person coaching with data analysis and strategy
A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and drives accountability
Curiosity, grit, warmth, and an authentic drive to help seniors and families
5+ years of senior living sales leadership (multi-site preferred)
