Occupancy Planner

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner (Remote). Key Responsibilities Identify and forecast organizational workspace needs, including utilization and headcount growth Develop occupancy analysis reporting to communicate occupancy ratios and workplace conditions Manage existing space configurations and oversee regional physical and occupancy audits Required Qualifications BS / BA degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Space Planning 5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, occupancy, and space planning Knowledge of CAFM Systems, Tableau, and AutoCAD Proficiency in Google Sheets with advanced data manipulation skills Strong knowledge of space management and planning concepts
