Part-Time Bookkeeper - QuickBooks Desktop Expert

Our Phoenix clientis seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper . This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our ongoing business operations.

  • Job Type : Part-Time
  • Hours : 16-25 hours per week (Flexible schedule within business hours)
  • Location : Required to work in office.
  • ? Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using the company's existing systems. Responsibilities include :

  • Performing comprehensive Bank Reconciliations and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Executing thorough QuickBooks (QB) Reconciliations across all relevant accounts.
  • Managing the entire Month-End Close process efficiently and accurately.
  • Preparing and filing necessary Monthly Tax reports and documentation.
  • Assisting with crucial Year-End Reconciliations and preparation for external review.
  • ? Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Must-Have : Proven, expert proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop Version.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience performing full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict monthly deadlines.
  • Professional and reliable work ethic, comfortable working independently.

    • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $30.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
