Responsibilities

Leadership : Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.

Communication : Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.

Metrics Mindedness : Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.

Process Orientation : Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.

Teamwork : Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.

Parts Sales & Inventory Management : Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.

Safety & Compliance : Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.

Commercial Account Support : Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.

Problem Solving : Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For :

Leadership : Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Flexible Schedule : Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have :

Exceptional Communication : Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Automotive Retail : Previous experience in automotive retail.

Certifications : Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
