Evergreen Plumbing, Heating, and Air is looking for a dependable, hardworking Fleet,
Equipment & Inventory Manager to help keep our operation tight and efficient. You'll be
responsible for overseeing our fleet of vehicles, managing tools and equipment, organizing
inventory, and pulling job orders to ensure our plumbing and HVAC crews are ready to hit
the ground running every morning.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and service for all company vehicles
- Keep logs of oil changes, repairs, and mileage
- Ensure all vehicles are stocked and ready with the right tools and materials
- Track and manage tools and jobsite equipment
- Assign and recover equipment from techs as needed
- Keep everything clean, charged, and in working condition
- Maintain stock of plumbing and HVAC parts and materials
- Receive and organize deliveries and incoming stock
- Pull and stage job orders for the next day's work
- Assist with loading materials into trucks and trailers
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient
- Collaborate with the service, install, and warehouse teams to anticipate needs
- Help improve systems that make everyone's job easier
What We're Looking For :
Shop, warehouse, or fleet experience (Plumbing or HVAC is a huge plus)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsMechanical know-how and comfort using power toolsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feetFamiliarity with inventory software (ServiceTitan a bonus)Valid driver's license with a clean recordCompensation & Benefits :
