Job Summary :

As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will report to the Controller and lead a team responsible for managing the daily accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, cash applications, revenue accounting, and credit metrics. You will drive efficiency and ensure the timely and accurate processing of all accounts receivable functions.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a team in handling the day-to-day accounts receivable functions including customer billing, collection, and cash application.
• Oversee revenue accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation of AR / unbilled revenue, credit memo reconciliations, revenue allocations, and monthly revenue analysis of deferrals and bad debt.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Logistics teams to ensure accurate daily sales recordings and sales / discount amounts are aligned with company rules.
• Monitor and analyze credit-related metrics across the organization, identifying trends and taking timely action to ensure accounts receivable targets are met. These metrics include days sales outstanding (DSO), AR aging, underbilling and delinquencies.
• Establish and maintain sound internal controls in workflow to ensure the accuracy of Accounts Receivables and related accounts.
• Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

The hiring range for this position based in New Berlin, Wisconsin is ($90,000.00 - $100,000.00) per year.
