An HVAC company is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to coordinate operations between project managers estimators and administrative staff. This role includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable managing administrative workflows and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Responsibilities Include :
Coordinating between project management estimating and office staff
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Overseeing daily administrative operations
Supporting scheduling documentation and office processes
Ideal Qualifications :
Office management or administrative operations experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with AP / AR preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Salary : $75k$95k / Year
