TITLE : IT Director, Business Applications

LOCATION : Hybrid : Lincolnshire (Chicago)

TRAVEL : 25% to Chicago / Denver areas

PAY : Target pay for this role is between $200k and $250k per year

ENGAGEMENT TYPE : Direct Hire

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the development, implementation, and management of our client's application systems. This role is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of applications, ensuring they meet business needs, are cost-effective, and are scalable for future growth. The IT Director will collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles (prefer automotive or insurance industry)
  • Experience with Agile, and DevOps methodologies
  • Expertise in application development, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle
  • Proactive and strategic thinker, excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Certs : CISSP, ITIL, SAFe Agile, PMP, etc. is a PLUS
