Job Description

Insight Global is hiring Senior Call Center Representatives for our client, who is a global crypto and Web3 platform. Our client is setting up operations for a new contact center in Tempe, AZ, where these individuals will serve as a frontline support for credit card customers via phone, chat, and email. These individuals will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to :

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Recommend solutions and document interactions
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Stay updated on policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain excellent attendance and shift adherence
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically
  • Embrace feedback and multitask effectively

This is a 12-month contract-to-hire position with an hourly pay of $30 / hr.

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Minimum 5 years of customer / client service experience, in a contact center or financial services

environment. Experience in the banking or financial industry.

5+ years of client service experience.

Associate Degree or higher null
