WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

The Human Resource Analyst will have responsibility related to employee management of Bolthouse Fresh Foods Benefits & Human Resource Information Systems. This position is responsible for maintaining data / supporting inquiries for group health dental vision life insurance flexible spending accounts 401(k) plan executive benefits ERISA etc. for US and Canada. The position is responsible for assisting in reporting analysis and compensation requests. Position ensures all benefits and compensation comply with federal and state law. Additionally position will be 10% - 20% dedicated to assisting with leaves management.
