Job Summary :

DISCO is a company that provides a cloud-native, artificial intelligence-powered legal solution. The Director, Product Design oversees a team of product designers, shaping the design strategy and ensuring the delivery of user-centric products.

Responsibilities :

Develops and communicates a strategic design vision for the product suite, aligning with overall business goals and objectives.
Sets and maintains high standards for design quality, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience across all products.
Oversees the development and evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design workflows.
Champions user research initiatives targeted at gathering insights that inform design decisions, user workflow and overall user experience.
Collaborates with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions within the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications : Required :

8-10+ years of experience in product design, with 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role

Proven track record of successful leadership in a product design capacity.

Experience in managing design teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience with working on consumer-facing products or complex enterprise-level applications.

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
