Hourly Pay Range :

$57.76 - $80.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights :

Position : Advanced Practice Provider (APN / PA) - Cranial Neurology

Location : NCH Hospital, 800 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights 60005

Full Time / Part Time : Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Hours : Monday - Friday, rotating weekends

Rotating Call , including weekends and holidays

Required Travel : N / A

What you will need :

• License : Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education : Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• Certification : BLS / CPR certification required
• Experience : Prior APN / PA experience preferred
