We're hiring a Senior Pricing Data Analyst to support both enterprise-level pricing strategy and the Sonepar National Account (SNA) team. This dual-role position blends advanced analytics with hands-on system management, offering a unique opportunity to influence pricing decisions and drive operational excellence. You'll work with tools like Power BI, Snowflake, and Eclipse to deliver insights, optimize pricing systems, and collaborate across teams.

This job will sit in Charleston, South Carolina or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania working in a hybrid work environment - M&F - Work from home and T,W,TH - in office.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to support strategic pricing decisions and ad-hoc business needs.
• Work with SQL, Snowflake, and advanced Excel to analyze complex datasets.
• Collaborate across teams to define new data attributes and improve database structures.
• Frame data insights in a business context and ask the right questions to guide decision-making.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including, Pricing, Rebates, Product, Purchasing, Finance and others.
• Contribute to a diverse, collaborative, and technically driven team culture.
• Serve as the primary pricing liaison for the SNA team, managing and optimizing the Eclipse pricing and rebate system to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives and providing support.
• Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Pricing to analyze pricing trends, evaluate performance, and recommend data-driven strategies.
• Project Ownership. Lead or support special projects related to pricing analytics, system enhancements, or partner-specific initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years in pricing analytics, financial analysis, or a related role ideally in a B2B or distribution environment.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
