Job Title : On-Site Coordinator

Reports To : Branch Manager

Schedule : MondayFriday AM Shift (Weekend & Overtime Availability Required)

Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Job Purpose

The On-Site Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the client and the Full Steam Staffing HR Department. This role ensures strong communication employee relations and efficient operational support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and staffing office.
• Attend daily staffing meetings and fulfill personnel requirements.
• Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor employee performance and handle disciplinary actions when appropriate.
• Manage daily time and attendance including missing in / out reports.
• Process payroll and benefits ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support business development by maintaining a strong working relationship with the client.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and programs.
• Assist HR with investigations employee complaints and EEOC matters.
• Oversee temporary associates and supervise daily activities.
• Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews; provide recommendations for improvement.
• Perform daily safety checks and support safety initiatives directed by the Safety Director.
• Track compliance for new hires pay ranges and onboarding documentation.
• Facilitate clear proactive communication with all employee levels.
• Be available for on-call and weekend coverage as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
