Job details As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will assist customers with inbound product orders and other interactions, while maintaining positive performance standards and metrics.

Process orders, create new accounts, and handle returns.
Answer questions about products, business plans, and promotions in a professional manner.
Resolve and de-escalate issues to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Document interactions for auditing purposes.
Complete daily training assignments and keep up with updates.
Have a great attitude about upselling products, promotions, and services.
Working hours : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills :
Strong listening, comprehension, and customer service competencies.
Basic knowledge of Direct Sales.
Education : High School
Experience : 1-4 years
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing 30+ wpm, and 10-key skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is not required.
Must reside in Utah and live within one hour of the Lehi or Spanish Fork office.
Must have access to high-speed internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download speed.
