Although we are a remote-first team hiring in the UK, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Denmark and the Netherlands, keeping our employees connected remains extremely important. The Role
We're looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join the team and help drive meaningful impact across the user lifecycle. You'll work closely with our CRM Lead to plan, execute and optimise high-quality campaigns that improve activation, engagement, retention and revenue.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can confidently manage campaigns end-to-end across channels, balance strategic thinking with strong execution, and use data to make informed decisions.
You'll have a core focus on email, subscriptions, and CRM for our Online Store, while also having strong knowledge of push notifications and in-app messaging.
The ideal candidate will bring solid lifecycle marketing experience, strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering structured experiments. Experience with subscription apps, Braze or Shopify is a plus, but not essential. Most important is your ability to take ownership, work cross-functionally and contribute to a fast-scaling CRM function.
What You'll Be Doing
Plan, build and optimise lifecycle campaigns across email, push and in-app messaging in Braze, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce and subscription lifecycle.
Manage promotional and triggered campaigns for the Paired Store, including product launches, seasonal campaigns and retargeting flows.
Build and maintain customer journeys and canvases in Braze, ensuring clean logic, robust QA and consistent execution across channels.
Partner with Growth, Data and eCommerce teams to validate tracking, optimise triggers and support the Shopify-to-Braze integration.
Design and run structured A / B tests, interpret results and produce clear insights or recommendations.
Analyse channel and lifecycle performance using tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
Maintain high standards for segmentation, deliverability, compliance and frequency management.
Support broader CRM strategy by contributing ideas, spotting opportunities and improving existing journeys and campaigns.
