Director, AI Solutions for Life Sciences

Dataiku is looking for a Director of AI Solutions for Life Sciences to join Dataikus Business Solutions team. The role reports to the VP of Industry Solutions. Your mission will be undertaken in close partnership with Dataikus broader Business Solutions team including the Life Sciences Solution Data Scientists as well as with Dataikus core teams : Sales Customer Partnership Product and R&D.

How youll make an impact :

As the Director of AI Solutions for Life Sciences you will own three essential missions :

(1) Forge our strategic vision towards Life Sciences and how to further accelerate our growth in this industry. This will involve developing a deep understanding of Dataikus footprint strong convictions as to analytics ML and agent value for priority domains current and target positioning in the ecosystem and developing the right plans to meet our ambitions.

(2) Be the lead Dataiku SME on Life Sciences and act as a gap bridger between precise industry needs AI and Dataiku as a product. You will directly support clients and prospects as a trusted expert and own the development of the right assets and engagement support to boost GTM effectiveness in Life Sciences.

• Articulate the specific value proposal of Dataiku for Life Sciences and enable internal client facing teams in its articulating.
• Organize the capitalization of internal knowledge and client experiences on Life Sciences (adoption stories use-cases ) and develop relevant material.
• Support sales and customer activities on Life Sciences : help customer dynamics understanding act as a key spokesperson for prospects and customers supporting executive engagement building.
• Boost Dataikus visibility on Life Sciences as an industry. You will notably lead the development and execution of an impactful thought-leadership strategy.
• Help build impactful partnerships with GSIs and other partners to accelerate development on sustainability topics.
• Drive high impact Executive Engagements with key decision makers in Life Sciences accounts.

(3) Own the identification scoping and successful roll out of Dataiku Solutions aligned to Life Sciences needs with the goal of maximizing Dataikus value delivery within priority subdomains.

You will act as a business lead for these initiatives supporting smooth project management across all dimensions ensuring alignment with all internal teams and management of critical dependencies.

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location internal equity education skill set experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataikus incentive compensation program.
