Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health measures, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care, The days to work Are Monday, Thursday & Friday

• Duties
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to diagnose health issues.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses through appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care services including immunizations, health coaching, and wellness education.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and more for comprehensive patient care.
• Perform minor surgical procedures such as suturing and wound care as needed.
• Engage in patient education regarding lifestyle modifications and disease prevention strategies.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance healthcare practices.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications :

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Family Medicine or related field.
• Experience with EHR systems; familiarity with Epic is a plus.
• Clinical experience in primary care settings, including outpatient and inpatient environments.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (CPT / ICD).
• Proficiency in managing diverse medical conditions across various specialties including but not limited to pediatrics, geriatrics, women's health, and mental health.
• Experience in critical care settings or emergency medicine is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.
