Our client, a leader in AI-powered defense technology, has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to work on a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. Work will be a hybrid schedule. The Senior Software Engineer will work on the development of full-stack applications using C#, while driving DevOps automation and CI / CD improvements across our internal platforms.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $60 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities :

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline software delivery using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
  • Your expertise in infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation, and secure coding practices will help accelerate mission-critical engineering workflows.
  • This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that support the company’s rapid growth and operational excellence.
  • Experience Requirements :

  • Strong experience developing and maintaining internal web applications using C#
  • Hands-on expertise with DevOps practices and tooling, including CI / CD pipeline development (Azure DevOps preferred), version control (GitHub), and artifact management (Artifactory).
  • Experience with automation, infrastructure-as-code, and quality tools such as SonarQube.
  • Solid understanding of secure software development, system integration, and enterprise-scale architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ownership, continuous improvement, and being a reliable, respectful team member.
  • Education Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
