Senior Accountant

Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Accountant? As a Senior Accountant, you will be in charge of financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Financial Analysis

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into the organization's financial performance. Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.

Month-End and Year-End Closing

Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Financial Reporting

Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate financial results, trends, and forecasts to senior management.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Collaborate with management in the development and monitoring of budgets. Assist in the forecasting process, providing financial projections and insights.

Supervision and Training

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure the accuracy of their work.

Compliance and Audits

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the accounting department. Implement changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of financial processes.

Requirements

Senior Accountants with 5+ years of experience, quality communication, analytical and advanced Microsoft Office skills will be considered. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance are required. Certified Public Accountant / CPA credentials are a huge plus.
