Role Summary

We are looking for a great customer service professional to join our team at our Hallandale Branch, 929 East Hallandale Beach Blvd., Hallandale, FL 33009. The philosophy behind a Universal Banker is to be proficient in all areas of the branch, which allows you to assist all customers with any product that we offer. This position is ideal for someone who would like to grow through a career in banking. Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. We provide a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from the very beginning.

Responsibilities

• Run a teller window
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
• Resolve customer issues on the platform
• Take equity line / loan and / or mortgage applications
• Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and / or over the phone
• Ability to work in all areas of the branch

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process.
