Summary of the Opportunity

Client Overview : We are hiring for Xbox, a well-known and respected brand in the gaming industry.

Role Summary : As the 1PP Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will partner with our biggest publisher marketing partners to build marketing strategies and successfully deliver hit games.

Key Responsibilities

Create global marketing plans for Xbox Game Studios titles and franchises.

Develop and execute go-to-market and lifecycle marketing plans for Xbox Game Studios games on Console, PC, and Game Pass.

Manage key beats and supporting assets for go-to-market activities.

Collaborate with game publishers and internal teams to ensure successful marketing execution.

Provide guidance on sales forecasting, budgets, SKU strategy, launch timing, and lifecycle planning.

Drive scheduling, agenda, meeting notes, and action items for recurring meetings with partner teams.

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :

7+ years of video games marketing experience, ideally with console and PC.

Experience creating and delivering world-class marketing campaigns.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent creative and strategic thinking.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

Experience working with game development studios or software engineering teams.

Familiarity with Microsoft business and marketing mechanisms.
