Process Coordinator

The Processing Clerk is responsible for clerical functions in the Processing Department; tracks inventories inputs data in the ERP System and performs other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Scanning closed BOMs

Reviewing BOMs before closure

Printing new BOMs

Creating the new BOM kits for processing

End of Month BOM processing

Qualifications / Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to project a professional image

Excellent oral & written communication skills

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word Excel and Outlook)

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and technical skills

PREFERRED

Experience with System 21 ERP software

Bachelors Degree

Requires Experience in manufacturing software (ERP MRP MPS WMS)

2 years Successful work experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to pick up and / or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance

Ability to work 8 hour shift

Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting

In-person job attendance

Strong communication skills

Ability to read and write

Ability to pay attention to detail
