Overview

Directly support the operations teams with the configuration and implementation of digital solutions. Coordinate with management, as needed, to understand project scopes and provide guidance. Work with internal development team or third-party vendors on new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for all support – technical support, licensing and general knowledge sharing.
• Responsible for testing and implementation of new releases, coordinating with vendor, IT and users to ensure a smooth transition.
• Leads the design and testing of TRC developed solutions – taking feedback from users, creating development spec, working with development team, testing solution and rollout to user base.
• Acts as a subject matter expert, providing technical support to staff and conducting training sessions, best practices, and software use.
• Supports managers with their implementation and adoption of solutions to support TRC goals.
• Coordinate with other offices and managers to understand their digital needs and develop solutions to help support their goals.
• Communicate with third party vendors for support and feature requests.
• Participates in daily calls communicating with team regarding activities.
• May lead monthly Super User meeting supporting members of the group with their needs to ensure a strong user community.
• May advise and support Katapult / Ike / other field collection applications as needed by operations teams.
• May advise and support PoleForeman / OCalc / other loading applications as needed by operations teams.
• May advise and support SPIDAmin / SmartSheet / other project management applications as needed by operations teams.
• May provide technical review and advisement for project managers related to technology sections within Request for Proposal, Request for Information, and Request for Quotation documents.

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation :  Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $35.00 - USD $41.00 / Hr.
