job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead in the separation of Travel Guard, overseeing project execution ensuring overall program deliverables are met per schedule and scope commitments, proactively handling escalations as necessary to ensure program goals are accomplished and are in line with business objectives. Monitors and coordinates dependencies across the separation in the program and resolves conflicts. Maintains regular interactions with the executive sponsor and stakeholders to inform, alert, and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the program outcome. This includes providing regular status reports in various formats and forums ensuring full transparency of program status and health. Manages program's major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes. This includes establishing appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies and practices, and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner. Experience in managing cross-IT Programs that span Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Risk and Application Development. Experience in managing company divestiture and restructuring projects. Serves as a leading subject matter expert and will have day to day responsibility for complex, strategic programs ensuring desired business outcomes are delivered within schedule and scope commitments. Lead multiple project teams, manage stakeholder, and sponsor relationships, and provide transparency to overall program health. Experience organizing, directing, deploying, Infrastructure and Business programs for multiple, complex, and inter-related IT projects. A broad knowledge of Cloud technologies, compute, end user technologies, unified communications, network, and telecommunications. Experience managing teams at multiple locations in multiple time zones. Experience maintaining and managing client interface at senior levels of the client organization. Meets with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules. Has comprehensive knowledge and understanding on program and project management execution, as well as in project management knowledge areas including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. At least 10 years of experience implementing large-scaled projects / systems. 10+ years related program / project management experience, preferably in a large, global organization. Strong leadership and problem solving. Transformational Project exposure. Knowledge of agile / scrum / waterfall methodologies as it relates to project management. Demonstrate ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives. Cross functional work is also required to collaborate with other business teams. Experience using project management applications (e.g JIRA). Expertise using the full suite of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including Communicating - written, oral, listening, speaking, internal / external, formal / informal, vertical / horizontal. Demonstrate ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives. Proficient in business and industry knowledge, strategic partnerships, organizational fluency, workforce culture and adaptability, decision making, and progressive growth mindset, and willingness to learn from past experiences and open to new ways of thinking. Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or proven record of experience in technology / project management roles with required years of experience PMI or Project management certification and / or Advance degree preferred Certification in at least ITIL v3 Foundation's certification is nice to have.
