Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex procurement agreements for various services

Act as a trusted advisor on legal and commercial supplier issues to senior business leaders

Develop and implement tools and processes to manage high-volume workstreams and educate counsel

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in a leading law firm and / or in-house legal department

Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to data privacy and protection

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deals under tight deadlines

Strong project management skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities

Humility and curiosity about the evolving industry
