Join our dynamic Procurement team as a Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing & Category Management where you will be instrumental in defining the future of our third-party spend and maximizing value across the organization. What youll be doing

• Develop and Execute Category Strategies : Define and lead the execution of comprehensive multi-year strategic category plans that drive competitive advantage innovation and TCO reduction.
• Lead Complex Strategic Sourcing : Manage the full end-to-end strategic sourcing lifecycle for high-value spend including robust market analysis RFP development and supplier selection.
• Negotiate High-Value Contracts : Expertly lead and conclude complex commercial and legal negotiations to secure optimal pricing favorable contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive Value through SRM : Establish and cultivate strategic supplier relationships that focus on continuous improvement joint innovation and enhanced performance across the supply base.
• Mitigate Supply Chain Risk : Proactively identify assess and manage supply chain and contractual risks implementing strategies for business continuity and resilience.
