L'Oursin, a 9-year old French restaurant in Capitol Hill / Central District is searching for a career-driven and food-loving line cook to join our kitchen team. Professional experience with meat, fish, vegetables and French cooking techniques required.
The schedule would be three 10-hour shifts on the line with one prep shift each week. Wages are very competitive with a base hourly plus service charge which is shared equally among staff working that evening. L'Oursin contributes to employee benefits after 60 days for employees working 30+ hours per week.
