Order Picker - Operations DepartmentLocation : Lenexa, KSShift Options : -1st Shift : 4 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM Monday-Friday-2nd Shift : 12PM-10 : 30PM (Four 10 hour shifts) M-Th-Pay Rate : Starting at $17 / hour + $1.50 Shift Differential Position OverviewThe Order Picker is an entry-level role within the Operations team, responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders and internal material transfers. This position follows established procedures, work instructions, and customer-specific requirements to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities-Accurately pick customer orders of various types in a timely manner-Review shipping methods on picking tickets and resolve any incompatibilities-Deliver picked items to the shipping team or will-call area for outbound processing-Maintain a clean and organized work environment through daily facility upkeep-Promote a positive team culture built on mutual respect and company values-Perform additional duties as assigned by management Required Skills & Qualifications-Ability to operate both stand-up and standard forklifts-Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods-Comfortable with bending, reaching overhead, and working in a physically active role-Strong organizational skills and ability to work under deadline pressure-Experience using handheld scanners for inventory and order tracking-Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience-High School Diploma or equivalent-Basic English reading, writing, and math skills-Customer service experience is a plus #MCTA1
