What You'll Do :

  • Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with clients across the U.S.
  • Recommend life, health, and retirement solutions tailored to each clients goals
  • Guide clients through the application process with clarity and confidence
  • Stay organized using our CRM and sales systems
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and manage policy renewals
  • Stay sharp on industry updates, compliance, and product offerings

  • Strong communicator (phone, video, and in person)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Open to feedback, training, and accountability
  • Able to manage time and follow through consistently
  • Licensed agents are welcomebut you do not need to be licensed to start
  • Previous experience in sales, service, athletics, or leadership is a plusbut not required
