What you'll do :
You will be based out of our Pearland, TX Service Center.
Responsible for the execution of administrative duties including but not limited to purchase order requests (PO), and office supplies.
Keep an accurate record of invoices-PO into the relevant systems.
Support the Operations team in all basic administrative and financial functions.
Coordinate delivery of goods with vendors and ensure receipt by internal customers.
Process purchasing transactions for daily operational requirements of the service center.
Provide basics reporting and analysis to manager and key stakeholders.
Learn updated operational procurement processes of goods and assist peers whenever required.
Build relationships with a list of preferred vendors to streamline operational purchases and coordinate all activities.
Handle internal and external calls to address shipment of operational supplies to service centers and worksites as necessary.
