Job Overview : As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in handling client inquiries, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and guiding clients through the process of exiting various contracts. This role involves direct client communication, offering essential information and support, and collaborating closely with our partner companies to deliver a seamless and efficient service.
Responsibilities :
- Handle all client inquiries with a commitment to achieving 100% client satisfaction.
- Manage inbound calls and provide information related to timeshare exits.
- Maintain a supportive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Ensure accurate tracking and management of client data.
- Work closely with our team and partners to maintain excellent service standards.
- Participate in training and team meetings, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Be able to manage a portfolio of approximately 50 - 80 clients.
