- Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning during shifts
- Manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Participate in hands-on tasks such as food preparation order taking and cleaning
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Train and develop new team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications :
Previous experience in food service or retail management preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeProficiency in math and problem-solvingAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalentFood safety certification (or willingness to obtain)Additional Information :
