Quality Engineer
Selectek is looking for a Quality Engineer to assist in improving and maintaining the quality program and continuous improvement within the plant and with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Work with Suppliers on Quality inspections and audits
- ISO Documentation and revision
- Lead Audits
- Continuous improvement through planning and leading kaizen events
- Support plant operations as necessary to ensure KPIs are met
- Corrective and Preventive Action using (Fishbone, DMAIC Process, 8D, 5 Why's
- Address non-conformance using 5-Step corrective action process; problem description, containment, root cause analysis, permanent corrective action, and verification.
- Conducting root cause and corrective action for manufacturing non-conformances
- Work instructions, standard work, and process flows
- Knowledge of Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Galvanized Ste
Requirements
Pay Rate : $70,000 - $80,000 annually
Term : Direct Hire
