  • Schedule :
  • 24-hour shifts (8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 AM).
  • Covers both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
  • Call ratio : 4 : 1.

    • Practice Overview

  • Practice Setting :

    • Outpatient Clinic and Hospital-based consultative care.

  • Patient Demographics :
  • 100% adult patients, 25% geriatric.
  • patients per day (can spike to 30 during COVID).
  • Conditions Managed :
  • HIV / AIDS, MRSA, cellulitis, osteomyelitis, septic joint, meningitis, diabetic foot infections, bacteremia, and abscesses.
  • Team :
  • 3 physicians and 1 NP within the group.
  • Participation in Infection Prevention, Infection Control, and Sepsis Programs / Committees.
  • Support :
  • EMR : Epic (must have Epic experience).

    • Requirements

  • Certification :
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) Required.
  • Active BLS Required.
  • Licensure :
  • Active Indiana License Required at submission.
  • Experience :
  • Must be comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Preferred :

    • Local candidates within driving distance.
