Location : Bend, Oregon

Schedule : Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Salary Range : $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (Higher compensation available for candidates with Salesforce experience)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a professional, high-energy Sales Assistant to support our Director of Sales and Sales Manager with a variety of administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, a quick learner, and thrives in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the lead trainer for the sales team on Salesforce
Conduct quality and documentation audits
Proofread sales proposals and assist in order writing
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Organization

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Professional demeanor with high energy and enthusiasm

Prior experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
