About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in finance leadership, particularly within technology or manufacturing startups.

Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and establishing scalable financial systems to support the company's growth. The role also involves managing investor and stakeholder relations, leading due diligence efforts, and effectively communicating financial results and strategy. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
